NMO Variable Thickness Surface Mount Antenna for Composite Racecars

Mount a shark-fin antenna on a fiberglass or carbon body. This cable's variable-thickness NMO mount makes it work.

Composite panels are thicker than sheet metal, and a standard thin-mount won't clamp them. This shielded RG58 coax cable uses a variable-surface NMO mount that grips panels from 1/8" to 3/4" thick, so you can put the antenna where it belongs on a fiberglass or carbon fiber car.
