Bond-It Aquarium Sealant

Bond-It HA6 Aquarium Sealant is a marine-grade silicone sealant suitable for a range of sealing and bonding applications, including aquarium construction.

Within vivariums and terrariums, it is commonly used for sealing internal joints and seams where enclosure panels meet, helping to create a neat, flexible and moisture-resistant finish.

Typical uses include:

• Sealing internal joints and seams where vivarium or terrarium panels meet
• Sealing suitable joints around enclosure fittings and fixtures
• Creating waterproof joints in appropriate aquatic or high-humidity applications
• Aquarium construction and repair in accordance with the manufacturer's guidance

The manufacturer states that HA6 contains no fungicides or oils which may leach into water and recommends it for bonding, bedding and sealing glass in aquarium construction.

Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from contaminants before application. Allow the sealant to fully cure in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions before putting the finished enclosure or sealed area into use.

Supplied in a 310ml cartridge. A suitable sealant gun is required for application.
